In case you are an European Union citizen the associated legal frame and the bureaucratic issues concerning an investment on real estate in Greece, are now safe and routine procedures.
As is the usual case a lawyer of your choice is standing as an intermediate to prepare the contracts and coordinate the final signings, and also a translator if needed is present and the documents are translated in your native language before any further transactions take place.

Pricing

and current status

Price for each house is 155.000 €. Please note that the prices are final.

The payment is made, taking into account the current phase of the construction. Say, if the construction is by 50% completed you must pay about half the price at the moment of contracts signing, and the rest amount upon completion. You can always ask us, or your lawyer to give you any furhter information you may need.
