overview

Halkidiki (or Chalkidiki) is considered to be one of the major summer holidays attractors in Greece.

The combination of a near perfect climate, countless wonderful beaches -in many cases still virgin- with crystal clear blue waters, and the unique surroundings, made Halkidiki a prior choice in the lists of many International tour operators, and independent tourists alike.

"Vourvourou" is a resort place located in the Peninsula of Sithonia (second foot), the other two being Kassandra (first foot) and the infamous Agion Oros with it's mount Athos (third foot). Many places in Vourvourou are now under the protection umbrella of the Natura 2000 frame.

Vourvourou's unique characteristics were well known to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki's (AUTH) facaulty, and around year 1965, the known as "The professors's of AUTH community" was created, numbering about 300 properties and 400 acres in total. Needless to say that this is one of the most beautiful places in Northern Greece.

specific

information

The property's position in Vourvourou's landscape has some characteristics worth mentioning.

From the front you have a vantage-point viewing all the Vourvourou's Gulf and its beautiful nine small islands. The road beneath the property and the terrain which lowers as we approach the sea, elliminates any fears regarding future obstruction by other nearby buildings.

At the same time from the rear you have year-round the rich forests, for which Sithona is so famous about. The combination is truly majestic.

The total area of the land is slightly bigger than 2.000 m2. The position of the land in a map is shown below.
